• We accept cash and credit cards. There is a 3.5% fee on all credit card transactions.
• A nonrefundable materials deposit and a signed contract is required before any work can begin. 
• You are commissioning a piece of hand crafted furniture or home décor. Due to the unique nature of the piece and the methods used for refinishing, some discrepancies may occur. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will contact you and discuss further options and any additional cost.
• Payment for the remainder will be due upon receipt of the completed project.  
• We will work very hard to ensure that all of our clients love their items however, we can not accept returns on our refinished furniture in Saint Louis.
• Please remember, used furniture has a history of its own.  Therefore, each piece is different and no piece can be without minor flaws and imperfections.
